During this session we are going to learn how to defend ourselves from different seated scenarios. We spend a lot of time sitting in various places. We will address attacks while seated:
On a bench - This is similar to being on a bus, train, or anywhere there is communal seating
On a chair - We sit in chairs in the office, at restaurants, in waiting rooms, at the....DMV
